- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is so complicated I call it ....A FLAT FEE OF $85.00 regardless if it takes me an hour or a week to repair. Of course if it's determined hardware has failed (hard driver, memory, power supplies) replacement parts would be extra.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work on a half dozen systems a day...that is the epitome of continual education!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a calling in my 20s.
