FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Too often in life we seem to get what we pay for. I will most likely not be the lowest bid. However, what sets me apart is my supiror customer service and quality of my work. I will not stop until you are satisfied. If you're looking for a point and shoot photographer who will give you the bare minimum for the "bare-minimum price", I'm most likely not your photographer. If you're looking for great quality and great customer service and someone who is willing to make your photographs everything you want, then I am your photographer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for a new client is to get right to the point. I love to find out exactly what my clients are looking for. I do this by corresponding via email or phone call and then typically a meeting in person. I want to ensure that both of are are the right fit for each other. Once there's a good understanding of the project on both sides I give a clear quote of what the total cost will be and exactly what is included in the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees from Macomb Community College in Advanced Photographic Techniques as well as Digital Video Productions. Here is a sample list of some of the completed coursework: - Video Productions - Black and White Photography (35mm film) - Photoshop & Advanced Photoshop - Digital and Advanced Digital Photography - Studio Photography - TV and Broadcast TV Production
