He is very professional. Nowadays house calls were very rare but he made it possible. I wanted to buy a new printer but he was able to fix the problem. Now it is working!

We offer 5% senior discount, discount also applies to returning customers and customers referred to us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive a lead, schedule an introductory call ( applies to cases without proper/limited job description), assessment, provide estimate, project execution, mark project as Completed/Not Completed, inform customer on next step, payment step. Once these steps, customer may receive a review request. We often setup a follow up call to ensure customers satisfaction.
