- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we are family owned and operated. We are a smaller company but this comes with advantages to you. For example, for a kitchen remodel two people are the designer, salesperson, distributor, installer and carpenter's. You would be working with the owners directly, who do the job. So when we price a kitchen remodel were very competitive. With a smaller company, there is less confusion, less mistakes and, best of all, lower prices!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On a kitchen remodel, I would meet the customer at their home and make a layout for their kitchen. Then, I would price the cabinets and then if the customer liked the quote, I would start the job as soon as possible. The kitchen would be a complete transformation and increase your home's value!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years experience in Cabinets, kitchen remodeling, Trim, stairs and General Carpentry and a degree in Business Administration.
