I hired Matt to get my sprinkling system working which had not been turned on since I purchased my home 3 years ago. I was very worried about what might be needed and how much it would cost. Matt was a great communicator and let me know when he would be there to give an estimate and later, to do the work. His price was very reasonable even though he ran into some unexpected challenges when it turned out there was an active sprinkler head under my deck of all places. I would definitely hire Matt again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard rate as lawn, snow, and landscaping jobs all are different. Lawns are factored by size of lot, if bagging clippings or not, and ect., snow service is sort of the same way and if want salted or not, and landscaping jobs have even more options..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer first we come up with a detailed estimate, then when customer ok'd, we proceed to a contract to protect the customer and company, then we determine billing terms and on bigger projects half of total cost is due up front. It is a easy and fast process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a family/friend that owned a lawn/snow/landscaping company for 50 years who also took pride in every job done which is how our company does business.
