We start by learning exactly what the customer is looking for and answering any questions they have. From there, we provide a clear quote, schedule a convenient time, and keep communication simple throughout the process. On service day, we arrive ready to work, walk through everything with the customer if needed, and make sure they’re completely happy before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve spent countless hours learning the safest and most effective cleaning techniques for windows, gutters, pressure washing, and soft washing. We stay educated on proper equipment, cleaning solutions, and methods to safely clean different surfaces without causing damage. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are our top priorities on every job.
