About
I am passionate about teaching yoga…the poses, breathwork, philosophy, and meditation. I use alignment and body awareness, combined with conscious breathing to move energy through the posture. Energy that moves is transformative. I utilize myofascial release to relieve tension in the fascia and to reduce pain and restore function. I have all of the props available to help poses become more accessible or to help a student move deeper into a pose. I would say that my number one qualification as a teacher is that I am always a student. I show up with humility and curiosity and a devotion to bringing new information and ideas to my students.

can’t say enough good things about this yoga instructor. She creates such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and is very patient and makes everyone no matter their experience level feel comfortable. Her cues are clear, her adjustments are gentle, and her energy is incredibly grounding. I leave every class feeling lighter, stronger, and so much more centered. Truly one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had.

Chris is an amazing yoga instructor, I’ve been to several classes and have been totally a changed person after attending them. I feel more whole as a person and more full of life and peacefulness and happiness. Chris is a very knowledgeable yogi. She likes to make sure you’re comfortable but also likes to challenge you to excel and try new poses. I would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to get into yoga, she’s is friendly and really enjoys what she does
