FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• 🚗 Flat-rate transparency. I quote upfront, so you’ll know the total before I start. No hidden fees, no surprises. • 🔧 Service-based pricing. Rates vary depending on the job (battery, alternator, starter, lockout, tire change, etc.), but I keep them competitive and fair for the area. • ⏱️ Travel included My pricing already factors in mileage and time to get to you, so you’re not hit with extra “trip charges.” • 💵 Discounts available I offer reduced rates for repeat customers, multi-vehicle households, and bundled services. • 📋 Clear breakdowns Every quote includes labor, parts (if supplied), and any applicable fees, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I diagnose the issue and location. Then I give a clear ETA and walk the customer through what to expect. Once on-site, I assess the situation, explain the fix, and get to work. I always follow up to make sure they’re satisfied and safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years working directly with automotive systems—everything from spark plug gaps to lift kits. I stay current with vehicle tech and roadside protocols, and I’ve built SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality service across every job.
