- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer highly competitive and affordable pricing when compared to local competition. I am a small shop that does not have a lot of overhead, so therefore I am able to give pricing back to the customers. I alway encourage my customers to do their due diligence and call around to get different quotes to see what works for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main priority is solving whatever issue may be present, at the most adorable cost for the customer. You will see a lot of businesses over-quote in situations where it may not be necessary.

My Educational/Training Background: 1. Associates degree in HVACR from Washtenaw Community College 2. EPA Card 3. Michigan Gas Heat Certification 4. Michigan Electrical Certification 5. Michigan AC Certification 6. Michigan Mechanical Contractors License
