Very quick to respond, and have an appointment scheduled within 48 hours of initial contact. They were very accommodating to my schedule. The un-expected waterheater failure seems to be one of a home owners worst nightmare. It's almost sort of a rite of passage for us home owners to go through the ordeal.
I recently hired Jacob from Baker Heating & Cooling to replace our old, failing hot waterheater, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, he delivered professional, high-quality work that exceeded every expectation.
He arrived same day right on time, thoroughly explained the process, and answered all my questions about the different unit options. His recommendation was well appreciated that perfectly suited our household's needs, and the installation was incredibly smooth. He handled everything with care—protecting our floors, maintaining a clean workspace throughout, and even hauling away the old unit and all the debris without me having to lift a finger (even though I volunteered to help in anyway I could).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer highly competitive and affordable pricing when compared to local competition. I am a small shop that does not have a lot of overhead, so therefore I am able to give pricing back to the customers. I alway encourage my customers to do their due diligence and call around to get different quotes to see what works for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main priority is solving whatever issue may be present, at the most adorable cost for the customer. You will see a lot of businesses over-quote in situations where it may not be necessary.
