What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am budget sensitive when needed!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects have two phases: The Design Phase and The Production Phase. During the Design Phase we explore color palettes, fonts, general aesthetics and layout. Production Phase is when I work on finalizing all of the content, polishing the details and getting it ready for final output and delivery to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree, in Graphic Design. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Visual Communications. I also have a very valuable decade of varied experience.
