Frank installed vinyl plank flooring for me in my new home. After a 6+ week wait with Lowe’s, we decided to cancel the installation services with them and go with someone local and I am so glad we did. Frank was quick to reach out to me to discuss my project, and he was able to come by and lay the flooring just a few days later. He and his team were able to finish in just one day, and they did a great job. It looks wonderful! My husband and I can finally move into our new home thanks to FC flooring. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I hired Frank and his team to pull up some really old carpet in a 100 year old family home that I am renovating. It was a great experience. From the initial phone call up to final payment, Frank made it easy. They were very professional. The job got done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. Also the cost was right. I was satisfied with the job and will use them again on other flooring jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is usually the first step of working with a new customer. That’s so we can go over the size and scope of the project and see if an in person estimate is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Journeyman Carpenter for over 20 years and have over 10 years experience in residential and commercial flooring.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing flooring a the North American International Auto Show. From there I began residential flooring.
