Jordan is pleasant and trustworthy, his rates are reasonable, and he is well-versed in computer knowledge. He is also patient and tenacious: my laptop picked up a particularly nasty virus while we were in Europe, and it required a considerable amount of effort and work to repair. And he did it all remotely--his company works out of Florida, and I am in California! My highest recommendation.
