Kent and his assistant showed up right on time and were professional and helpful from start to finish. Even though the work was a bit more than either of us had anticipated initially, he finished quickly and efficiently. A lifesaver.

Kent arrived on time for what I thought were easy fixes. Ended up going to Menards 3 times so the jobs were done right. He did an awesome job and now what was broken is fixed!!

Kent was terrific to work with. He was able to come out for an assessment the day after we first spoke, and he was very willing to work with us on what we wanted done. Once the project got underway, he worked quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and professional every step of the way, and our new basement floor looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system that will beat out all of my competitors ... I also offer the 2% guarantee ... I'll beat anyone's pricing by 2%....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First communicating with customer - find out their needs/ wants ... discuss routes we will take when we start job .. how long process will take . and exactly how much it will cost etc... I answer any questions customers may have at any time ... ....
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started back in 2009 helping some of my close friends out with their own flooring business .. After 2 years of learning etc , I ventured off on my own in 2011... I also have work thru a few construction and manufacture home company's for a total of 6 years experience building lean to-s, houses , etc
