Kent came out next morning to install new toilet at a fair price. Others hemmed and hawed or wanted 3x's the money. He arrived early and finished in no time. Well done. Good man at fair price. Already have more work for him.

Kent and his assistant showed up right on time and were professional and helpful from start to finish. Even though the work was a bit more than either of us had anticipated initially, he finished quickly and efficiently. A lifesaver.

Exemplary professionalism. Outstanding attitude and personality- someone you would invite to your barbecue just because you want to be around his friendly, warm, fun demeanor! (His helpers, too!) Seems extremely knowledgeable about his field, has multiple contacts to help ease rehabbing costs, and tries very hard to work with budgeting customers.

Kent arrived on time for what I thought were easy fixes. Ended up going to Menards 3 times so the jobs were done right. He did an awesome job and now what was broken is fixed!!

I have a standard pricing system that will beat out all of my competitors ... I also offer the 2% guarantee ... I'll beat anyone's pricing by 2%....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First communicating with customer - find out their needs/ wants ... discuss routes we will take when we start job .. how long process will take . and exactly how much it will cost etc... I answer any questions customers may have at any time ... ....
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started back in 2009 helping some of my close friends out with their own flooring business .. After 2 years of learning etc , I ventured off on my own in 2011... I also have work thru a few construction and manufacture home company's for a total of 6 years experience building lean to-s, houses , etc
