Mike is one of the greatest guys I have ever met. He has been working with me now for about 8 months or so. I weighed about 131lbs and could barely bench 60lbs. I also have 2 13.5 inch rods screwed into my spine so I was very anxious to try and attempt weight training. Now, 8 months later, I am a solid 165lbs and can bench over double what I started at. Mike is always a great motivator, and is always in your corner. I sometimes will get hard on myself when I can't hit my reps but Mike always picks me back up and motivates me to go for it again. Coming up on a full year with Mike, and there will be many more years to come.Sep 22, 2019Verified
Mike has been fantastic! I've worked with him for over a year. He's not just strength trainer; his expertise and ability to create a regimen around targeted exercises has helped completely fix a back problem I've had for 10 years. He goes the extra mile with communications and flexibility, and even checks in on me when I have to skip workouts because I'm out of town. I would (and have) highly recommend him to others!Jun 20, 2018Verified
