We recently had our bathroom remodel by AV Homes LLC at our home in Northville, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Armend and his team were professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire project.
Armend was great to work with from the beginning. He took the time to understand what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything was done the right way. The quality of the work really shows — the tile work, fixtures, and overall finish came out beautiful.

Armend did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel from start to finish. The quality of his work is top-notch, and the transformation is night and day. He handled everything from demo to tile, plumbing fixes, and installation with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was his professionalism and problem-solving. We had old plumbing issues where the shutoff valves didn’t work properly and past leaks had occurred. Armend addressed everything correctly and made sure it was done the right way, not just covered up. That gave us a lot of peace of mind.
He was reliable, communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up when he said he would, and kept the work area as clean as possible during a full remodel. The finished result looks modern, clean, and high quality, and we’re extremely happy with it.

Our experience with AV Homes with our complete kitchen remodel was great! We spoke with several contractors before making a decision and once we met with Armend, knew that AV Homes was the one to go with. Our project manager, Kim is absolutely amazing and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, constantly checking in on things and letting us know what all of the next steps were. That was one of the best things - not having to worry that we’re were going to have to manage an independent contractor and stay on top of them - having an assigned project manager like Kim took all of that worry away! She was also a huge help in making certain decisions like, where should we put these lights? How many of them should there be? Always with a realistic and down-to-earth approach which was (and is) tremendously appreciated. All of the crew at AV Homes are all friendly and helpful and do great work. They were always on time and worked hard throughout their days in our home. Speaking of which, they always made sure to take care of any mess that construction of course brings - at the end of each day things were left neat and orderly - which is very important particularly when you are living in the house like we were during the renovation process! I highly recommend AV Homes for any home project - large or small, they are worth it!

Armend really encompassed all five of these excellent attributes but I was most impressed with his work ethic. He does not cut corners and makes sure the job is done beautifully. He completed the job in a timely fashion and always kept me appraised of what the next step was and estimated completion time. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough. I would hire him again for any future home improvement job. He was top-notch!
