FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is project-based, which I've found offers the clearest value and peace of mind for clients. Before any work begins, I provide a detailed proposal with a fixed quote, so you know exactly what to expect without surprise hourly fees. This quote is based on the project's scope, complexity, and timeline. For long-term clients, I offer discounted package rates. Transparency is key, so every line item is explained, and I’m always upfront if a requested change might affect the final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is built on clarity and collaboration, and it typically follows four stages: Discovery & Strategy: We start with a deep-dive conversation or questionnaire to understand your goals, audience, and vision. I ask a lot of questions. Proposal & Planning: I translate that into a clear proposal with timeline, deliverables, and investment. Once approved, we begin with storyboarding, style frames, or mood boards to align visually. Design & Develop: This is the production phase where I create the assets, with scheduled check-ins for your feedback at key milestones. This keeps the project on track and avoids major revisions later. Delivery & Launch: I deliver all final, optimized files and provide any necessary support for implementation. My goal is a smooth handoff and a final product you're thrilled with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Design, which gave me a strong foundation. Multimedia design evolves rapidly, so my most valuable training is continuous. The latest features in the Adobe Creative Suite and emerging tools. I blend formal design principles with cutting-edge technical skills to create work that is both aesthetically strong and technically modern.
