- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two attics are the same, so typically we will need to have a specialist out to your home in order to give you a fair and accurate price. But if you know the square footage of your attic, we can give a ballpark over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically receive calls from customers that are looking to improve their heating and cooling bills. We then send an insulation specialist out to the home to get accurate measurements and discuss a custom insulation plan. Once we come up with a solution we will add the home to our schedule and proceed with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are extensively trained in the proper function and application of insulation. We are also fully versed in clean up and the proper way to handle removal of insulation and any other items in attics, so to not contaminate the living space.
