Today was my first time using Rapid Response. They will for-sure be my go to roadside service. He arrived promptly, very professional and went straight to work. Had me out of the cold and back on the road pretty quickly. There is no middle person answering the phone or 1-2 hour wait. Phone call went straight to John, he answered promptly, gave him my location and he arrived shortly after. Tire is fixed and we are back on the road. Thank you!
