I start every job with a working consultation where we discuss the entire scope of the project, the function, style, color way, budget etc. I will select paint colors, advise you where to start and give excellent clear direction.
Designing residential spaces has always been a passion of mine and the variety of personalization drives my passion further. With no two designs the same, it will be clear that my designs are prepared specifically for the way you live.
I provide the following services and no job is too small. All selections -paint, furniture, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, countertops, flooring, final decorating selections . All this plus I provide 3D photo realistic renderings of your space so there is no trying to imagine what the design will look like.

She helped me choose paint colors for my new home and was incredibly insightful, even during just the initial consultation. In that short time, she helped me create a cohesive color theme for the entire house and gave me amazing ideas for painting walls, cabinets, furniture, and even chandeliers. Sonia was great! From the start she was easy to work with - we texted back and forth a bit about setting up an appointment and she was very responsive. We were looking for some professional help on ideas for styling our living room and Sonia provided just what we needed. She walked around the house and really listened to our thoughts on style to get an idea for what we wanted. Then, we just chatted for about an hour and a half about ideas for furniture arrangement, decorations, color schemes, etc. She gave amazing direction on do's and don'ts all around the house - she was so honest and kind about the "don'ts" too! It was clear she came from a place of wanting to help. I could tell she is very passionate about interiordesign which made her that much more fun to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sonia listened to me and was able to determine the function of the room and my style to help me design my great room. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start out every job with a working consultation for $150.00 up to 90 minutes long. This is where you can pick my brain about anything. I can lay out the space , select paint colors etc. Some clients only need the initial consultation to get them started in the right direction
My fee's are based on $100 per hour. Larger projects are quoted a set fee per room anywhere from $200 to $1200 per room depending on what is required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start by setting up a working consultation. During this meeting we establish the entire scope of the work. We could discuss the functions of the space, the budget, the style and the color way. From this point I begin making selections and drawing the space in 3D. I present the 3D photo realistic photos of the room with actual samples.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design and had my builders license for 8 years. Experience as a professional artist installing faux finishes for about 13 years has further expanded my design skillset. Interior Design is a love of mine and has been a constant part of my career since I graduated. Being a female solpreneur has taught me many lessons and trained me to give the best possible experience to all of my customers.
