I had a terrible leaking chimney that was causing a lot of issues. We needed help and fast. Brad came over to give an inspection very quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. Him and his team removed the chimney and completely replaced my roof and underlayment. Now I never have to worry about that chimney again and the roof has never looked better.

I originally asked Jordan of G8 Home Exteriors to look for the source of water staining in a 1920’s farmhouse I am renovating. He was thorough in his evaluation, even used a drone to inspect the roof. Ultimately he concluded that the water was most likely coming though the exterior walls where another company had removed the old siding but not placed wrap on the house yet. I was able to use his evidence to get the other company to finally put wrap up, so his help was very useful! Then shortly afterwards, I discovered a roof leak in one of my barns. Jordan came back out promptly, and quickly got the leak fixed, along with an assessment of when I should replace that roof for future planning purposes. I will certainly have Jordan and G8 Home Exteriors back for other projects soon. Good work, fair pricing, prompt service, and honest assessments!

Jordan promptly responded w/in 24 hours to my request for service. He assessed the roof and located water leaking in from an exterior exhaust vent. He sealed the exhaust pipe seams, nails and around the boot to prevent further leaks and also secured the ridge vent ends. Instead of charging me for these minor repairs, he requested an honest customer review instead. Please know that Jordan provides an honest and fair estimate while being passionate and knowledgeable about his craft.
