I contacted RJ Mott Construction regarding an issue with a sagging roof at my rental home. I was contacted right away and was able to meet with the roofer for an estimate the next day. They explained was caused the issuer, gave us a fair price and they were able to fix the roof the next day. I can't tell you how awesome that was to get it done so quickly. They did fabulous work at our rental house and we are having them come back to our current residence for some roof work there also!

Rick did a great job of planning and coordinating our house's roofing job, particularly since it went over the initial 3-day projection and wound up being completed successfully during a rainy weekend. Rick helped coordinate the look of the roof and advised on different shingle options. His prices are reasonable, and if you are not in a big hurry, he will eventually manage to schedule you into his busy calendar and do a great job for you. Don't be put off by the mugshot he snapped "on the fly" and stuck in his profile; he's much friendlier, polite and well-mannered than he looks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look over your project, listen to your needs and budget. We disclose all costs upfront, no hidden surprises, no extra fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with you on site. Its important to get to see what your home looks like, what the current condition is of the roof and what you want to accomplish. Our guys are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. We are NEVER pushy or high pressure. We put together a written estimate for you to review and ask us any further questions you need answered. Deposit of 50% upfront so we can commit to materials and scheduling. Balance is due upon our completion and your satisfaction of the job. Warranty paperwork is given to you or filed with you to the manufacturer of the shingles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in construction, specializing in roofing. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years. My experience includes residential and commercial roofing. We work on asphalt shingle roofs, barn metal roofs, and standing seam hidden fastener metal roofs. We can coordinate gutter repair or replacement. We repair and replace fascia and soffet if needed.
