I called Greg at REST to help me with a mold and smoke damage problem I had at my house. From beginning to end, he handled the job in a prompt and professional manner. He knew exactly how to fix my problems and orchestrated the job so that it would be done right. Because of him, I received the necessary clearances that allowed me to sell the house at a later date. I highly recommend the expertise and service you get from REST.

REST Environmental is a very reputable company that utilizes state of the art equipment for all jobs including mold remediation/removal. Greg Fahrenbruch of REST Environmental is very knowledgeable of environmental rules/regulations and works very hard to ensure compliance to these rules/regulations on all jobs.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with pricing. We do great work at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to come to your home and evaluate the issue. We provide a quote for work that you need done and then you just need to call our office and schedule your job! We handle all the rest!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During college I worked in environmental capacities in some form. I graduated from Ferris In 1993, I have conducted various air testing for mold, bacteria and chemicals in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. In addition, to scoping work and developing advanced reports I have overseen asbestos, water, sewage, storm and fire damage restoration projects most of my career (27 years of work in environmental field).
My formal education encompasses a Bachelors of Science of Industrial and Environmental Health and Master Degree in Business. I have attended in excess of 60 technical courses or seminars regarding environmental issues. I personally hold NIOSH 7400/580, four State of Michigan asbestos accreditations being inspector, supervisor, management planner and project designer. I also have the EPA Lead Renovator and the State of Michigan Department of Health Lead Assessor and Lead Inspector Licenses. REST is licensed by the State of Michigan as an Asbestos Contractor and a Residential Builder. REST is an EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm. We are not State Licensed for mold because there is no such license, but our licenses lend their credentials to our professionalism.
