While Rodney couldn’t solve our issue, he quickly arrived to assess a situation I could not attend to since I live a few hours away. He understood the limitations of his equipment, made recommendations, and put me on a path to resolve a leak of previously unknown origin. I appreciated his honesty. I cannot say enough good things about Rodney! His quality of work is top notch and he responded to my thumbtack post quickly. Rodney arrived and got right to work on several projects and has done an amazing job. He cleans up after he is finished for the day and is very professional and kind.
