Coast to Coast Property Inspection

After over 30 years in construction I have retired from building and am now doing property inspections. During my career I traveled the country building and remodeling commercial properties including restaurants, shopping malls, video stores, lumber companies schools and residential properties including new home construction, garages, pole barns and remodeling homes, apartments, condominiums and manufactured homes. A member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Evening and weekend appointments available and inspections may be available same day. Inspections can be scheduled by phone/ text or by e-mail As a property inspector I get to experience some of happiest times of peoples lives. The buying and selling of their home, and it gives me great joy to know that I have been able to help them through this with such an extensive inspection. They will leave the inspection with not only all their questions answered, but a 12-14 page report on the condition of their home. Pictures will be included if problems were found.
