The guys at M&M are very professional. I was on a time crunch and needed them to come out immediately they did just that. They were on time. I am renting my home and was really nervous the stain spots was not going to come off the carpet but the guys at M&M used a special solution and steamed over the problem areas 5-6 times till it disappeared. They really care about what you want and need.
