- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is centered around the area where my business is established. Local (Otsego, Plainwell) will receive reduced fees for dispatching, bench disassembly etc at a 40$ rate instead of my non-local 80$ rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Presenting them with options and knowledge, answering questions is fundamentally the most important part of the job. If I educate my clients and convers with them as a local small business should then it will reduce the chances of them having issues in the future, saving them money in the long run.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers in various capacities since my wee years. Offering builds to friends and acquaintances, troubleshooting and fixing tactical operation assemblies as well as nodes.
