All the way from booking to final payment the process was smooth!!! Ann and Lyle were simply awesome. Our party was shortly after a snow storm and they were driving in from the west side of the state. They were still early!!! They are the kind of people that you want for friends! Our guests had a ball taking the pictures. The props were wonderful. Fun was had by all!!! We even got a master file of ALL of our pictures from the night! I wish I could give more stars! I work at a 24/7 business with over 1600 team members, so when we hold a team event we need someone who can be here long hours to hit all shifts, and can handle crowds. Ann and Rashelle were outstanding! They not only had great equipment and props but, were so friendly and energetic with our team. I am a Guest Service Manager and I am very critical when it comes to service. Our team members are still raving about how much fun they had. We will be using them again for our next celebration. Thank you for making our celebration shine.

Despite our bad weather, Big Lyle's was very accommodating and worked with us to still give our guests a great experience. The backgrounds were great, and I loved that they could customize it for our sponsors too!

Ann Webster and her assistant were wonderful! She went above and beyond for our group and made the Old Wild West Photo Booth a sensational hit at our departmental picnic. She even created a special backdrop for our event. This was a group of about 500 I.T. people who really came our of their shells and had a great time with the numerous costumes and props Ann provided. A BIG thanks to Big Lyle's Party and Event Entertainment! You can expect another call from us in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many companies that now supply "photo booths" or photo kiosks (and some have "green screen" capabilities) as an add-on option to their main DJ or Wedding Photography business. That is not the service Big Lyle's offer. We provide professional green screen photography with a graphics pro that performs their artist magic on the fly. We instantly print lab-quality 4x6 or 5x7 photographs and present those to your guests in clear photo sleeves. Before the event, we compile a selection of digital backgrounds that will match your event theme and add to the creative fun we provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal in planning for your party is to get to know you and to provide you with exactly what you are looking for. Once you have made the decision to book us ( great decision!) we will collect your event information and prepare an agreement for signature. A deposit will be required to hold your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of on-the-job training working in the Hospitality and event industry, a passion to satisfy our customers and to "make your event a success by making it fun for your guests"!
