Outstanding experience throughout the entire process - from the consulting on the railing design, expectation management on timing of the build, with frequent updates via phone and email on what to expect. John and his staff came out with the partially fabricated sections to insure proper fit. The finish product is amazing and everyone that sees it is equally amazed. They were meticulous in their attention to detail as this was a very complex and custom railing. It was a pleasure to contract with John
