- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As each event is unique - day, time, hours of performance, number of musicians, venue, services required - we need to custom quote each request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal communication is key. Upon obtaining a new client, we will reach out, typically via phone, or in person if possible, to go over general feel and outline of the upcoming event. We take note of special considerations - look desired, requested songs, songs to avoid, flow of event, etc. Additionally, we are always available during the time leading up to the event for consultation. As the event draws closer, we will reach out at least 4 to 6 weeks before the event to confirm any details, follow up 1 to 2 weeks before event and again the week of the event.
