- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make your project as smooth and stress-free as possible. It begins with a free, no-obligation estimate where we meet with you, discuss your goals, inspect the property, and answer any questions. You'll then receive a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we'll schedule your project, confirm colors and any carpentry repairs, and order materials. Before painting begins, we thoroughly prepare all surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, and completing any necessary wood repairs. Our experienced crew then completes the painting using premium-quality products while protecting your landscaping and property. After the work is finished, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations before considering the job complete.
