FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can do pricing per piece or per hour pending on what a client has. My pricing always straight forward with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to fit my schedule into theirs by asking a series of questions. Once scheduled and I arrive, a good greeting and a brief conversation about what they need and how they need it. Anything else that may develop as I work may be discussed as the job rolls forward. If there’s any adjustments on the item I bring it to their attention to get it right for their needs. Language barriers are something I work with as well. 60-90 days assembly warranty on everything we do and I express that if my clients have any problems, questions, comments or concerns please give us a call, text or email no matter how much time has gone by since the assembly was completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
