My name is Scot Anderson. I'm the owner of Lighthouse home inspections and the only one you will deal with from beginning to end. Scott was great. He was thorough in the inspection, he was personable and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained things well. His official report was easy to follow and had pictures of everything which made it easy to understand what was found.

Scot is great to work with! We needed a homeinspection done on a house that we are in the process of buying, and he was able to get us in with only 1 day notice! He is super quick to respond, I contacted him one evening, he answered all of my questions and gave me his availability. I then had my husband call in the morning to go over everything that would be inspected and confirm the appointment. Scot arrived early and had started doing an outside walk around and setting up. As soon as we got there, he came over to introduce himself and explain everything that would be looked at. Afterwards, he went over everything with us, then explained everything and answered any questions we had. He was super friendly, professional and thorough! He got the report sent over to us and our realtor very shortly afterwards, and before we left he had explained how to save the pdf so we have it for our own records. He put the locations of gas shut off, water shut offs, breakers and everything that we need to know about the house. I highly recommend him and will be using him for any inspections in the future!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always arrive early to assess the job. I will respect your property, privacy, and your time. You will receive your comprehensive report no later than the following morning, but most times the same day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified and fully insured master home inspector. Building contractor for close to 3 years I carried residential and commercial building licenses in 3 different states. I'm OSHA 30 certified.
