Horrendous quality, communication was good I can say that at least. otherwise worse service I could have imagined. claimed shed was there for over 8 hrs and maybe she was, but absolutely no cleaning was done. When I inquired about it I received nothing but excuses, ex. “House was to warm”, or that she “had to clean up around broken or damaged items” (even though house was completely empty) then refused any refund. Stated, “there was too much dog hair” or “house was larger then I claimed” even though I actually claimed it as a much larger home then it is. For a deep clean/move out clean it looked as if she never even went into half the rooms, List could just go on. I could somewhat understand not being prepared for my home, but unfortunately she did a walk through the afternoon prior to the scheduled cleaning and knew exactly the size and condition of the home before hand. I get the, “you get what you pay for” situation but being charged roughly $60 an hr I thought for-sure it would have been 100x better quality. she did volunteer to “make it right” but I didn’t feel like dealing with it again and choose to eat the cost. Overall if I could rate less than 1 star I for-sure would.

Again I apologize you were unhappy. I offered to make it right. The house was not just warm, there was no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. You had mold, standing water and we’re not honest on your initial cleaning request as you stated there was no pets in the home. No questions were asked by you in what was included, you were not present during the walkthrough or the clean You also stopped responding from 11am until almost 6pm about questions and concerns I had. I stayed for 8 hours which is what I charged for.
