I offer elegant and affordable on-location freelance photography services (travel within 20 mile radius of Oxford, MI). All sessions include a CD of high resolution edited images with reprint permission rights. Optional professional print orders are available. I have experience with weddings, family portraits, seniors, newborns, maternity, and engagement sessions. My work is photo journalistic in style working primarily with natural light. Client input is so important and I welcome ideas to make your photo session personalized! I am proud of the fact that over half of my business is from returning clients. We absolutely loved our experience with Michelle. She made the entire process so easy and enjoyable-I can't express that enough! My husband is definitely not one for pictures, so I was a little nervous before our engagement session, but Michelle made us both feel so comfortable and she really captured the love we both have for each other. On our wedding day it truly felt like she was more of a friend than our photographer and we enjoyed every second we spent with her!

Michelle did a wonderful job taking our engagement photos! She is very friendly, easy to work with and her pricing is extremely fair. I loved that she was able to fulfill my vision and did it while shooting in 20 degree weather :) I look forward to working with her at my wedding!

I had Michelle take my engagement photos in May and the session was fantastic. Not only did she travel to Chicago where my fiance and I live, but she really took the initiative to locate perfect photo-worthy spots and work in the sites I suggested as well. My fiance and I are not the most camera friendly or photogenic, but Michelle had touch to make us very comfortable, pleasant, easy & relaxed....and the pictures showed it! They were a mixture of candid and formal portraits, capturing the small little moments that really speak volumes. We ran over our allotted time but Michelle was very flexible in making sure we got all the shots we wanted and that she envisioned. I was really pleased to get the edited images back so quickly, thrilled with the quality of service, and blown away by the photos as a result.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I am most commonly hired for family photo sessions (up to 6 individuals) and child/toddler milestone sessions. I absolutely LOVE newborn photography and have started branching out my experience in wedding photography...which is a true passion of mine :) I am very proud of the fact that about half of my business are returning clients!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise him or her to let me know their wants/needs and ask me any questions they may have...I am a very flexible photographer and do my very best to provide ALL my clients with my best work and their creative input :) I do my best to keep my pricing extremely affordable...without sacrificing the quality.
