- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
House cleaning, I send them a quote, then when I'm hired and arrive at their home, I do a walk through of what is included in each cleaning. I want to make sure we are both happy with the qoute and services provided. I encourage them to always communicate with me any concerns they might have at any time!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
So I could make my own schedule around my family and still do the 2 things I enjoy- Housecleaning & Pets!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Housecleaning and Pet Sitting. All of my customers are residential except one business I clean for.
