Trustworthy and a good man. He was great at identifying any issues that I had with the product I ordered and helping me make an adjustment. For example, he installed multiple TVs and noticed that one do the mounts was too small. He helped me order another one and it arrived in 25 minutes. A mild concern was that he did not clean up well behind himself but this would not stop me from hiring him again.
