Don was my best experience in a long time! Not only one of the nicest people, he was very responsive and attentive to my housing repair needs. I had a number of different issues- repairs, installs, drain issues. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and was very thorough. I am beyond satisfied with his work on my home today and would definitely recommend.

On oct 23 2025 Friday evening I went on thumbtack to find a plumber or handyman and don Kinsey of pro-tech service company LLC sent me a text. Then I schedule a appointment for Monday morning Oct 27 2025 to get a new tub spout put in because I was losing a lot of water from the shower and the tub spout at the same time.Don Kinsey was godsend for me. Don is a people person who cares about his customers. He did an excellent job for me and fixed some other things for me and my safety. I give don 5 stars.Don is worth every amount of money I spent to get these repairs done. I now can take a hot shower because he did a wonderful job. When I get some money I will be calling don Kinsey again for other repairs that I may need in the future. He is my new handyman. Thank you thumbtack and don.

Don was very thorough and walked through the house, noticing a lot of cold air coming in and explained how he could take care of that problem. Don explain issues about insulation and how to fix that.
He is very knowledgeable
and was pleasant to talk with. I have a good feeling about working with him as he was straight forward.
And knowledgeable on the areas I need help with thank you.
