Hello Im Joshua
Im a Carpenter. I like to spend my free time completing projects at a fair price. I can do large projects or small. I can work with you and help or complete everything from ordering or designing. My goal is to be completing big projects by myself in due time. I wont accept jobs that are over my head or that i cannot complete in a timely manner.
My favorite construction projects are trim carpentry( Hanging doors, case/ base, and hardware installation, flooring, cabinets, and custom solutions). I also enjoy small tile projects but i stay away from showers and waterproofing work. Thats for the guys who can in a timely manner. Fences and landscaping work (pretty outstanding, and i have an uncle who can do drawings after taking maeasurements). If you want I’ll even cut your lawn with your equipment.
I will also take on Painting projects, exterior trim work and repairs. Roof fixes, but will not do full installations. Pretty much everything but no major plumbing or electrical projects. Additions or load bearing framing projects. Drywall i can hang, but will only do patches.

He installed a new entry door and a storm door for me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for other carpentry work. In fact, I'm making a list of things for him to tackle next (small odd jobs). I'm really glad someone like him is out there to help single moms (who are not handy) get things done.

Josh was so great to work with. He is honest, skilled and friendly. He took time to be nice with my kids, my dog and my husband and I. He did what he said he would do and communicated clearly through each step of the process. He tiled our kitchen backsplash (I asked him to leave the plate covers off because I’m replacing the old ones), fixed drywall in a couple parts of our house, added trims and moldings in spots in our living room and den and offered advice about other projects.

Joshua was responsive from when I first reached out. He communicated price and timing of project in advance as well as estimated material costs which he brought to the job.
