- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We carry an hourly rate of $125/hr with an hour minimum which covers any and all labor and tools needed to perform the work. Customers are responsible for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with customers over the phone or through text to determine if we are a good fit for each other and get an understanding of what is expected from both parties. Then we schedule the work and get it done. Once the task(s) are completed we will do a walkthrough with you in order to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Upon completion of this step, payment will be arranged and collected. We have found this to be the simplest streamline process over the years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience with almost anything pertaining to homeownership. Anything from simple painting projects to complete overhauls and anything in between. With the collective experience and skill sets of our employees chances are we've got it covered!
