More than many other cleaners I contacted, Angelika was very responsive to my inquiries, and she quickly arranged a time to visit the house (during the busy holiday season no less), and promptly gave us a very reasonable quote for bi-weekly cleaning. Very professional. And little things mean a lot: she took her shoes off when she came in the house, which is always a good sign! We ended up hiring someone else who was already cleaning in our neighbourhood and beloved by neighbours, but otherwise we would have hired Angelika and her company for the above reasons.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning Bees is family-owned and operated top of the line cleaning service. Since opening in 2003, we treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.
We work with our clients budget and find the best way to tackle their cleaning request. From cleaning from top to bottom to cleaning certain rooms on rotation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Estimate you receive is base off our avg homes we cleaning on a regular recurring cleaning. Not every home is the same and some clients have special requests. We prefer the first cleaning to be a deep cleaning so we may follow up on the recurring cleaning schedule .
When you contact us we will get all the information needed and schedule a time to meet with you to review you home and provide you with a price for the first deep cleaning and then a price for you recurring cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for over 18 years and have worked with many cleaning product to find best to do the job. My team have been trained by me and have the skills to get the job done right the first time.
