I can’t recommend Jake highly enough! After another company came out to look at my dishwasher and failed to properly diagnose or fix the problem, I call Jake and he was able to explain exactly what was happening.
His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, explained what was going on, and made sure the repair was done correctly rather than just taking a quick guess at the problem. It was refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about doing the job right.
Jake went above and beyond my expectations, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’ll absolutely be contacting him for any future repairs I need and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to quality work.
