The technician was great! He checked my property inside and out. We discussed levels of treatment for the mice and chose outdoor bait stations. He offered to return in one month to see if additional bait was needed. Since then, my basement live traps have been empty. Yea!!

Besides Orkin, Pestway was the only service that got back with me on a bat issue. They sent Doug out to do a home inspection and go over treatments and a course of action. No high pressure sales tactics and Pestway was way under 1/2 the price of Orkin.
Needless to say, we contracted Pestway. About a week later, technicians Nick & Jeremy showed up to seal up my home, install bat doors and seal up many other spots where bats could get into our attic. Those guys took their time to do a good job and they also showed and explained everything they did. Very professional and courteous. I will call Pestway again if I ever have any other critter or insect issues.

So far so good. Explained how bats were getting in the attic and sealed many possible entry points. Showed why they picked the location of the bat door. Said total evacuation would take about 2 weeks. Clean up would take place after the 2 week window. Heard noises a couple times in the ceiling within the 2 week period. Clean up will take place in a couple days. That’s why so far so good.

Professional and knowledgeable. They came out the same day to conduct the inspection and was able to spot the problem right away. They gave me tips on what to do and what the next steps would be to stop the mice from entering my home. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will definitely use them again.

All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
