Introduction: Thank you for your interest in Pestway. Since 2006, when my twin brother and I started this company, our goal was to be more than just a wildlife trapping company. We have always focused on being a full-service nuisance wildlife control company. While we do trap and remove all nuisance wildlife, we also specialize in the repair of entry points, preventing animals from returning, as well as cleanup and disinfecting. We have innovative solutions, high-quality materials, and back all of our work with an industry-leading WAR|RANTY. He showed up on time and actually found where the damn squirrels were getting into the house ! We couldnt see it as it was in a dark corner of the roof. Gave us all the info we needed to take it from there. Perfect service, highly recommended.

So pestaway has some pros as well as cons. They are very knowledgeable about pests and have quick response times. My issue is that, all of their work is warrantied, but in my experience, you won’t reap any benefits from that. We have used them twice now, and when there’s a reoccurrence of an issue (say areas that were patched up, an animal found a way back in) they will claim that the “new area” was not “their work” so they can’t replace it under warranty, but they can and will quote you for an entirely new job. And thus begins a whole new project with several new charges. The second was also told a trap would be set in my attic, and when the gentleman came to check for animals, he said it wasn’t ever set. So if you have a quick issue I’d say they will be fine. But for a major job, you will continue to pay multiple upfront costs. It easily became a $ pit in my opinion.

Completed job as promised on time. On sight installers were open to change when I saw something I did not like as it related to the "neatness" of a "entryway" being closed up. There were three screws in the driveway that was not cleaned up, thankfully I did not puncture a tire (at least I hope I didn't). Post clean-up should happen in a week. That is why I can't say Excellent because the job they were hired and paid for still needs to be completed.

Responded immediately to my request for helping to trap a groundhog. Reasonable price for the trap. Technician explained the process in detail and gave clear instructions on how to contact them for animal removal. Every time I called to have them pick up an animal, they responded the same day.

While we do charge an inspection fee, that fee does go towards any work you have done with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
