The gentleman that came out was perfect! He left to go to the other side of town to pick up a part and come back this evening to finish repair and make sure that everything was working properly. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. You rarely find that these days. I will be calling him again if needed for other repairs as they arise. You would be foolish not to call this company!

Aihem was nothing short of phenomenal. The flame sensor in my furnace wasn’t working properly. After reaching out to Blue Crest, Aihem responded to me within minutes and we set the appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, he made sure to communicate his ETA due to dealing with the crazy weather & slippery roads. He was very polite & punctual. His knowledge was appreciated & he gave me some tips on what to do to make sure my furnace continues to run efficiently. His customer service was amazing. I let Aihem know he will be my HVAC person moving forward.
