The gentleman that came out was perfect! He left to go to the other side of town to pick up a part and come back this evening to finish repair and make sure that everything was working properly. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. You rarely find that these days. I will be calling him again if needed for other repairs as they arise. You would be foolish not to call this company!

I really like to thank Aiham for quickly responding on weekend around 5pm for a quick help with our heating problem. He was out in an hour and inspected all areas the problem could be and resolved the issue and waited for good amount of time making sure the heating works continuously. I would recommend Blue Crest Services

I put up a message on thumbtack for an issue with my heater. Within 20 minutes I was messaged by Aiham. This was even on a Sunday. He told me he could at my home as early as 8 a.m. on monday morning. Aiham even gave ETA's and kept good communication. When he got here, he was polite, kind and you could tell, he was in the ball. We talked for a few and showed the issue, he assessed the situation and gave me the worse(replace furnace)and best(just the motor) that could happen. I'm happy to say he was able to make the best work. The best part and I csnt thank him enough, he was able to locate the part(now this is for a furnace from 1982!!) Within the hour and was then able to fix the furnce. He also did a deep clean and went above and beyond imo. I cant recommend enough and I know that if any of my family or friends have any issue, he'll be taking of them. Again thank you so much Aiham, I really do appreciate you!!

This was a standard line blockage. The tech cleared it quickly and progress updates along the way. After clearing the humidifier line he adjusted the gas to air mix which was above and beyond the original call. 6 Stars!
