What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $69 for repairs in-shop which includes the diagnostic fee and first 1/2 hour of labor. We do repairs at your location. Call for pricing. We have a winter special on Laser Printer Repair. $75 flat rate plus parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast on-site service. Usually 4 to 8 hours during daytime.
