If I could chose more than three I would. He worked with the seller and my agent to make sure we got that inspection in. He gave us complete details on any issues that can be fixed, as well as what is in good condition, and educated us on how to maintain parts of the property, like the roof, which is only a few years old.

Mr. Holsey was very responsive, showed up early, and was amazingly polite and professional.
