From the first phone call to the last day the crew was at my house they made it very easy. I left a message on a Saturday night and got a call back Monday morning. Matt came out, inspected, and gave me a few different options which I really liked. I had 4 companies come out and Perma Dry wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive but they gave me more than one fix based on my budget. Monique handled the schedule and permits and that was a breeze. The crew was respectful and walked me thru the steps. They cleaned up after each day. The hepa system helped and I didn't do any extra clean up. Full basement drain system with sump pump and vapor barrier and inspections were done in 3 days. It’s been 5 months now, no issues, I got my warranty packet and I have zero complaints.

Mike, the owner was extremely fast and helpful. They both were professional and understanding about how stressful basement issues can be. I would recommend them a million times over.
Matt and his team were fantastic. They quickly identified and fixed the issues with my home's old system, installing a new one with an updated sump pump. It's been running perfectly for months.
