Vikki is an amazing human. She is kind, has a very calm demeanor, and is very helpful. I have learned so much from her already. I offer new clients a complimentary wellness consultation over the phone to know if we would be a good fit to work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background as a registered nurse, certified health coach and yoga instructor allows me to provide tools that can help my clients on a physical, emotional, social and spiritual level.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always benefitted from practicing yoga. I found it kept me flexible, grounded and calm. I signed up for teacher training to deepen my own practice and never with the intent to teach. The benefits were just too good not to share with others!
