Gavin and Chris were both fantastic! My new garage door install looks super professional and solid. I came home from lunch to a garage door that would not open. I called Fawley and they were able to send someone today. It turned out the spring broke. I thought they would have to order the parts and schedule a time to come back but no, Tim had everything in his truck. I decided I wanted a new opener as well and not only was he able to price that out for me, he had that on hand as well. He ended up being here for 2 hours replacing everything but the actual door! Tim was AMAZING! And I love how quiet my door is now.
