I can't say enough good things about Great Lakes Bar Service! They truly came through in the final hour when everything had taken a turn and stress was at its peak. What could have been a chaotic day turned into a beautiful and seamless experience, all thanks to Ashley and her incredible professionalism.Ashley's attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. They didnt just show up to do a job, they showed up for me. Ashley went above and beyond: from calling the venue to secure a space for our champagne, to ensuring every single detail was handled with care. Even in the midst of my crisis, no matter the late hour of my call for help, she stepped in with grace and made everything right. While I was not at cocktail hour so I can't speak to wait times then, I never saw a line at our bar during reception! Drinks were good and the Bartenders were friendly!

I recently had the pleasure of having the bartending service for my wedding on August 8th, and I must say, they were absolutely incredible! They hosted my daughter's wedding.Ashley and her crew are awesome everyone was served quickly never a line. She was professional and always open to answering my questions. She made hiring bartending so easy!! For such and important day. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Great Lakes. If ever I need a bartender again you'll be the one I call.
