I couldn't be happier with my experience with Hoerig Heating and Air Conditioning. Arthur was friendly and prompt. He took care of my mother's furnace the day after the request was sent, it would have been the same day if she was available. Not only did he take care of her unique problem efficiently, he did so at a very reasonable price, and offered her a solution for future years. He also provided a summary of the work he completed along with photos. We will definitely reach out to him for any of our heating/cooling needs in the future!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the coldest weekend this year. I was desperate to find a repairman as quickly as possible, and it was a Friday afternoon. I called and googled, and pleaded, but the earliest I could get an appointment was 5 days away. Finally, I received a callback from Hoerig at 7:30 AM, Saturday, and they arrived at 9:00 AM Saturday to fix my furnace. Art Hoerig is a true professional, who knew I needed someone right away, and was willing to come out Saturday morning to help me. He thoroughly diagnosed my furnace, asked me pertinent questions, and developed a reasonable resolution, which he explained to me before taking any action. The price he quoted me was extremely fair, and affordable. I highly recommend Hoerig’s to anyone needing furnace repairs. Excellent job.
